Billing and access
Entry and Pro subscriptions run monthly through Stripe and can be reviewed from the billing area. Hotel-group orders use a signed order form and central annual invoice, with the committed property count and payment terms confirmed before service begins.

Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a self-service Entry or Pro subscription from the billing or account area where available. Paid monthly subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period unless the Stripe billing flow states otherwise. Hotel-group commitments run for the signed 12-month term; property-count reductions take effect only at renewal under the order form. Support can review billing mistakes or exceptional cases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Service
01Rose-Brook provides hotel-focused AI visibility benchmarking, competitor context, evidence review and practical action guidance inside the workspace.
Accounts
02Keep login details secure and use the service for legitimate hotel commercial review work. Access can be suspended if the product is abused or used unlawfully.
Subscriptions
03Self-service subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Entry is £39 per month. Pro is £79 per month on the Pro Launch Rate for subscriptions started before 1 October 2026, then £99 per month. The original subscribing hotel keeps the £79 rate while the subscription remains continuously active; cancelling and restarting uses the then-current public price. Prices are shown before checkout and exclude any applicable taxes.
Hotel-group orders
04Published hotel-group pricing is sales-assisted and applies from five active hotels. Each property receives a separate workspace under one central annual invoice. Group service begins after a signed order form confirms the committed hotel count, 12-month term, invoice due date, applicable taxes, authorised contacts, and any property-specific onboarding details. The current group package does not include a combined portfolio dashboard.
Group changes and renewal
05Additional hotels added during a group term are billed pro rata at the applicable graduated rate. A hotel may be replaced during the term without reducing the committed volume. Reductions take effect only at renewal, subject to written notice and the terms in the order form. Founder and promotional discounts do not stack with group pricing.
AI benchmark outputs
06Rose-Brook provides AI-generated visibility analysis and benchmarking based on prompts, model responses and extracted evidence. Outputs are analytical indicators for commercial review, with final business decisions remaining the customer's responsibility.
Acceptable use
07Use the service for lawful hotel, hospitality and commercial review work. Do not misuse the product, attempt to bypass security, upload unlawful content, or use benchmark outputs in a misleading way.
Intellectual property
08Rose-Brook owns the product, software, templates and service design. You may use your workspace outputs internally for the hotel or organisation connected with the subscription.
Availability and changes
09The service is provided on a reasonable best-efforts basis. Features may be improved, adjusted or withdrawn over time, especially where model providers, payment providers or infrastructure providers change their own services.
Liability
10Liability follows applicable law. Customers remain responsible for business decisions made from benchmark outputs, including commercial, revenue, and operational decisions.
Governing law
11These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
