Subscription terms
There is no minimum contract on Entry or Pro. You can cancel either subscription at any time from billing. The Pro Launch Rate is £79/month for subscriptions started before 1 October 2026. The original subscribing hotel keeps this rate while the subscription remains continuously active. The standard Pro price is £99/month. Cancel anytime; rejoining later will be at the then-current price. Prices are shown in GBP per month before any applicable taxes.
AI answers vary by model, prompt and available evidence. Rose-Brook gives teams a repeatable benchmark and evidence trail for commercial decisions.
Portfolio pricing
Groups with 5 or more hotels receive sales-assisted graduated Pro pricing. Only the hotels inside each band use that band's rate, so adding a property never makes the total contract cheaper.
Graduated Pro rates
Each rate applies only to the hotels in that row. Prices are monthly equivalents and invoiced annually.
Rose-Brook coordinates one separate workspace per property under a central group invoice. The current package does not include a combined portfolio dashboard.
